Some years ago when I was working I sometimes had a little problem of prioritizing things and getting them done in order. It all change when a got a Mmmmmmac :p I know people will bash me for mention that Mac, but I always say what I want and think : ) Anyway, one of the few programs that comes with a Mac is a simple virtual “post it” note program. By just putting everything you have to do on that list makes it way easier to focus and I promise that you’ll get things done much quicker. I’m not on a Mac anymore, but now I have a similar but even better program now for Windows.
